• Job Responsibilities :-  1. Provide daily support to users of various computer systems including answering questions, analyzing problems, and quickly forming solutions to return systems to proper operation.

2. Communicate clearly and effectively with end users, colleagues, and management to quickly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Install and maintain virtual servers, software, to replicate customer reported issues, and install security patches and updates when necessary.

4. Maintain detailed records of daily interactions with customers, reported issues, and completed solutions.

5. Increase personal technical knowledge by reading trade publications, operating manuals, and diagnostics information.

6. Develop training technical notes and troubleshooting procedures to help customer’s support personnel interact properly with software.

7. Create and implement new processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Help team members in the capacity of a senior engineer in problem solving and guidance as required.

• Educational qualification required :- 

Bachelor's degree

• Required Skills :- 

Minimum 0-1 year of experience in Know your customer, Customer due diligence & Customer identification program (KYC/CDD/EDD/CIP)

Working knowledge in US/UK regulatory policies

Proven ability to deal with highly personal, confidential information.

Experience in financial services transaction data analysis

Excellent English writing, reading and speaking skill.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
